Easy Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
- Cream together:
- 1 c. softened butter
- 1 c. sugar
- Beat in:
- 1 large egg
- 1 t. vanilla
- Add:
- 2 t. baking powder
- 3 c. flour
Directions
- Cream together the butter and sugar.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla.
- Add the baking powder and flour.
- Do not chill the dough. Divide in half; roll out and cut.
- Bake at 400 degrees, 8 - 10 minutes, depending on size of cookies.
