Notes
Handwritten-style formula notes rather than a full recipe. Three combos listed: Mint-Ginger Green Bars (spinach, apples, zucchini, nuts, fresh ginger, egg, mint), Yellow Bars (carrot, pumpkin, yellow squash, apricots, nuts, egg, dates or figs, garam masala), and Berry Beet Bars (beets, berries, plums, spinach, nuts, egg). Quantities for individual ingredients are not given. ⚠️ Partly unreadable in the original: No amounts for the individual fruit/veg/nut ingredients; ingredient groups for the three bar types are laid out as listed. Title is mine; document begins 'About 1 c'.
